At CyberBizz Training, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing education and training services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Cancellation & Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our students.
1. Course Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Student
- Before Course Commencement: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund minus processing fees (₹500 for domestic students, $10 for international students).
- Within 7 Days of Course Start: Students may cancel within the first 7 days of course commencement for a 75% refund of the course fee.
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 7 days from the course start date.
1.2 Cancellation by CyberBizz Training
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available batch at no additional cost.
- We will notify students at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start date in case of cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for course fees paid directly to CyberBizz Training.
- Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- Certification fees, if paid separately, are non-refundable once the certification process has begun.
- Course materials (physical or digital) that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.
2.2 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
- Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for enrollment.
3. Special Circumstances
3.1 Medical Emergency
In case of medical emergencies preventing course completion, students may request a partial refund or course transfer upon providing valid medical documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually.
3.2 Technical Issues
If technical issues on our platform prevent access to course content for more than 48 hours, students may be eligible for a partial refund or course extension at no additional cost.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration and administrative fees
- Certification examination fees (once exam is attempted)
- One-on-one mentoring sessions (once conducted)
- Workshop materials and toolkits (once accessed)
- Internship placement fees
5. Course Transfer Policy
Students may request to transfer to a different batch or course under the following conditions:
- Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the current course start date.
- One free transfer is allowed per enrollment. Additional transfers may incur a fee of ₹1,000 (or $20 for international students).
- Course transfers are subject to seat availability in the desired batch.
- If transferring to a higher-priced course, the difference must be paid before the transfer.

If you have any concerns regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. For unresolved disputes, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
